In his last role at Icertis, Hemant led regional and vertical teams, working with customers in Pharma, Manufacturing, Services, Energy, Logistics, and Transportation. He has a proven track record of customer value and has consistently managed to drive growth through delivering successful outcomes for the customer and a win for all stakeholders.

Digvijay (DJ) is a seasoned Enterprise Transformation and Contract Management professional, boasting a remarkable 19-year track record of delivering business-focused solutions to clients on a global scale.

Under DJ's guidance, more than 20 large and complex Contract Management solution implementations have been successfully managed, showcasing his adept project management skills. His expertise spans diverse sectors, including Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Healthcare, IT, and Professional Services, making DJ a dynamic and results-driven leader in the field of Enterprise Transformation and Contract Management.

Over the past 8 years, Darshan has spearheaded Consulting and Professional Services for CLM product companies, showcasing his deep expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management

Darshan has a proven track record in client engagement and presales and managed a 120-member team across various platforms before focusing on CLM. His background encompasses rich experience in management consulting, internal audits, financial reporting, and M&A due diligence. Darshan is also highly adept in SaaS, AI, ERP products and practices management.

Seth Nesbitt

Chief Marketing Officer - Zuper

As CMO, Seth leads all marketing functions with the goal of increasing Zuper’s brand footprint and extending the company’s leadership position in the fast-growing Field Service Management (FSM) market. Seth and his team are responsible for communicating Zuper’s unique vision and capabilities to current and potential customers.

Prior to joining Icertis, Seth served as CMO of Icertis, the leading CLM platform, taking the company from Series B through unicorn status. Prior to Icertis Seth was at Ecova, an energy and sustainability cloud software company, where he held a variety of strategic positions ranging from CMO to SVP of Sales and Marketing, and most recently, Chief Commercial Officer.

Seth holds a B.A. in history from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN, an M.B.A. from Oxford University in Oxford, England and has attended the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University in California.

Dr. Kiran Awate is a faculty member at the Pamplin College of Business, Virginia Tech, where he is actively involved in both research and teaching. His research focuses on unraveling the "black box" of innovation, investigating how organizations use strategic, mindful actions to navigate the inherent uncertainties of the innovation process. A key area of his work examines the role of learning from failures, particularly in the context of drug discovery and patent litigations within the pharmaceutical industry. His research has been featured in top management journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Perspectives, Harvard Business Review, and Harvard Business Manager. He has also taught a range of courses, including Strategic Management, Managerial Analytics, and International Business, at both The Ohio State University and Virginia Tech.

Dr. Awate holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Pune, an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and a Ph.D. in Management from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Prior to his doctoral studies, Dr. Awate worked in the software technology industry, where he led diverse teams across multiple countries, including the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, India and the United States.

Alicia Blue

Sr. Director, Payor Partnerships at DaVita

Alicia is a senior leader on DaVita’s Payor Partnerships team with oversight over a $6.5 billion portfolio. Alicia and her team are responsible for managing payor relationships and contracts across the United States.

Prior to joining DaVita, Alicia spent two years at Boeing Global Services where she played an instrumental role in the implementation of the Icertis CLM and led negotiations with key partners including airlines, original equipment manufacturers, and vendors.

Alicia holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Denver and a J.D. from the University of Denver.
